About Everest Therapy

What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapy (OT) focuses on functional skill building to help you manage everyday life. You may be dealing with low mood, anxiety, ADHD or other worries affecting you. Your goal might be to find healthy coping strategies, improve your well-being, or to get out of survival mode. Together, we work to strengthen your skills and build up a toolbox to help you navigate whatever comes your way.

OT begins with your story. We provide supportive counselling to give you a safe space to express your thoughts and emotions. Then we use an evidence-based clinical approach to give you strategies to tackle your challenges with confidence. We work together to achieve your goals and get you back to living.
